Health Care - Transportation If you need an ambulance in an emergency, call 911. Huron Valley Ambulance Provides emergency and nonemergency stretcher ambulance transport to and from home, physician’s office, nursing home, or hospital. Also, nonemergency transportation for seniors and people with disabilities. HVAPlus membership program provides free emergency ambulance rides for those without insurance, not on Medicaid, and those not living in a nursing home. The cost is $44/year (seniors $32).
