Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti has 23,000 students, more than 18,000 of them undergraduates. It offers bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, and specialist degrees in more than 200 majors, minors, and concentrations in the arts and sciences; business; education; health and human services; and technology. EMU also provides non-traditional learning opportunities, including corporate and continuing education and study abroad programs. Undergraduate tuition and fees for 2012-2013 are $9,026 for residents of Michigan and Ohio and $24,008 for nonresidents. Graduate tuition and fees are $11,855 for Michigan and Ohio residents and $22,322 for nonresidents. Doctoral tuition and fees are $9,018 for Michigan and Ohio residents and $16,716 for nonresidents.
