CTN is a free service of the city of Ann Arbor, making all facets of television production available to city residents and nonprofit organizations. Individuals and groups produce the programs, and CTN provides the training and equipment. Residents can book a slot on
Access Soapbox and
Access Ann Arbor to air viewpoints or make announcements. Channel 16 provides live and taped coverage of Ann Arbor government meetings. On Channel 17, individuals and nonprofits share opinions, ideas, and entertainment. Channel 18 offers school board meetings and other programs from the Ann Arbor Public Schools and the Ann Arbor District Library. Channel 19, CitiTV, showcases events, arts, sports, and news features produced or acquired by CTN. Business hours: Mon., Tues., Thurs., & Fri. 11a.m.-9 p.m., Weds. 4 p.m.-9 p.m.
