Fall 2012 Cultural Arts program includes free concerts, art shows, and dance performances. Free activities include Scrabble, sit-and-be fit fitness, Wii, table games, book clubs, and movies. Lunch for age 55 & over ($3.00) served 11:30 a.m. Mon.-Thurs. Also available for rent for community classes, meetings, and individual events. Membership $25/year; scholarships available. Mon. Foster Grandparents Program (Washtenaw County Office of Community and Economic Development)
Senior volunteers work with special-needs children one-to-one at day care centers, schools, and other sites. Volunteers earn a nontaxable stipend every other week and transportation assistance.
