Sexually Transmitted Diseases

HIV/AIDS Resource Center (HARC)

Provides medical and non-medical case management for people living with HIV/AIDS in Washtenaw, Jackson, Lenawee and Livingston Counties. HIV testing is provided on a walk-in basis Tues. 11 a.m.-8 p.m., Wed. 6-9 p.m., and Sat., 10 a.m-2 p.m. Clearinghouse for HIV-related information, training for substance abuse and other health care providers, presentations and workshops on HIV/AIDS, speakers’ bureau, support groups and referrals. info@r2harc.org, www.r2harc.org

University Health Service (U-M)

To schedule HIV testing, call 764–8325. Walk-in testing Sept.–Apr., Mon.–Fri. 1–3 p.m. No fee for enrolled U-M students; others pay $20. Free testing, diagnosis, and limited treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. Anonymous and confidential HIV testing and counseling by appointment only. Walk-in clinic Mon. & Thurs. 6–8:30 p.m., Wed. 1–5 p.m., Fri. 9 a.m.–noon. Donations accepted. publichealth.ewashtenaw.org
