Men vs. Women Lacrosse Games: Pioneer & Skyline High Schools/U-M Vada Murray Fund for Cancer Research Fundraiser.

Different locations. The Pioneer High School men's lacrosse team plays agains the PHS women's team (6 p.m.). Followed at 7 p.m. by a game between Skyline High School's men's lacrosse team and SHS's women's team. 2013 Boston Marathon runner Christine Stead introduces the guest coaches. Also, a half-time tribute to cancer victims during the Skyline game, with a performance by the Skyline High School choir. Proceeds benefit the Vada Murray Fund.
6 p.m., Pioneer High School (601 W. Stadium) and 7 p.m., Skyline High School (2552 N. Maple). Donation at Pioneer. $5 at Skyline. 994-2151 (Pioneer) & 994-7075 (Skyline).
