The Ark: Grievous Angel

Detroit-area country-rock quartet whose repertoire includes covers of everyone from Hank Williams and the Band to the Grateful Dead and Metallica, along with several strong originals. $13.50. [venue info]

The Blind Pig: Greg Laswell

Indie pop-rock singer-songwriter from Long Beach whose songs are frequently featured in film and TV soundtracks. Opening act is Elizabeth & the Catapult, a Brooklyn, NY, pop-rock trio, led by the brassy-voiced singer-songwriter and keyboardist Elizabeth Ziman, that recently released its Verve Forecast debut, Taller Children. Conor O'Neill's: Jerry Sprague Band
