See review. Dearborn postpunk Celtic- Americana fusion quartet.

May 11: John Churchville

Local tabla player, accompanied by several musician friends, who plays Indian classical, light classical, fusion, and folk music.

May 17: Spencer Michaud

Local singer-songwriter and acoustic guitarist whose music blends Motown, Tin Pan Alley, and folk.

May 18: The Potter’s Field

Americana roots duo of singer-songwriters Rochelle Clark of Chelsea and John Natiw of Canton that’s known for its gritty poetic lyrics, powerful vocal harmonies, and driving instrumental work on acoustic and electric guitar, mandolin, harmonica, typical and non- typical percussion elements, and the occasional kazoo.

May 24: Ellen Fedon-Keyt

Detroit urban folk singer-songwriter with a big, warm voice whose story songs explore social issues, relationships, and spiritual journeys. She is accompanied by Deb Fedon-Keyt on cajón (a box- shaped percussion instrument) and harmony vocals.

May 25: The Hackwells

Local acoustic trio, formerly known as Gather Round, whose original ballads draw on pop-rock, retro-country, and Americana influences.

May 31: Chris Degnore

Blues-flavored pop-rock singer-songwriter from Detroit.
