These 2 singer-songwriters share the stage. Sharp is a country-pop singer-songwriter whose work has provoked comparisons to the likes of Joni Mitchell, Laura Nyro, and Karla Bonoff. She’s best known through covers of her songs by everyone from the Dixie Chicks to Trisha Yearwood, but her recent CDs, including the brand-new Change the Ending,/i> showcase her own richly expressive, seductively soulful voice. “Maia is making some of the most innovative and soulful music around with songs that are head and shoulders above the rest. She has become one of my favorite artists,” says Bonnie Raitt. AG is the stage name of Adrianne Gonzalez, a Miami native best-known from her many songs recorded with members of the harmony-driven quartet The Rescues that have been featured in TV sound racks. She also has an acclaimed new CD of Beatles covers.
