Opening of this exhibit based on and inspired by U-M researcher Melissa Zagorski’s thesis The Geography of Significant Colorants: Antiquity to the Twentieth Century. The exhibit explores the use of color in antique maps and the geographical origins of the colorants used to make them. The exhibit runs through May 3. 4-7 p.m., U-M Hatcher Grad Library, 2nd floor.
