The Life of Pine art show with pastels and watercolors by Ypsilanti artist, Dennis Gordon will be at Ypsilanti’s Whittaker Road Library until January 30. The theme of the art show is the life and times of an Eastern White Pine tree. The show chronicles the dangerous and dramatic life of a pine tree.While one might not think of a pine tree’s life as all that exciting, it is filled with uncertainties and whether the pine tree recognizes it as such, plenty of beauty and drama pass before it.
