Come join us to strengthen, stretch, restore and renew yourself! Yoga Awakening is a slow-to-moderate vinyasa flow class that blends elements of several yoga styles, with a focus on healthy posture, balanced strength, flexibility, and calming meditation/relaxation. Taught by instructor Kimberley Carl, who has 15+ years of experience. Yoga mat required, small fleece blanket, block and strap suggested. This is a free/donation-based class, with 100% of the proceeds donated to local and national charities. PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO class on March 19 & 22. A free one hour yoga class for anyone who is interested. No pre-registration is necessary and all equipment is provided. Our Sunday Service, like all our morning services, begins with a half hour of silent meditation, followed by a service which includes deep transformational teaching and individual blessings and communion. Everyone is welcome to partake of communion if they wish. Join us this Easter Sunday for a special sunrise service beginning at 7am. The service is followed by a celebratory brunch afterward, for those who choose to stay, in which we discuss the service and share our experiences...
