Achy painful knees? Stiff hips or ankles? Many, many people struggle with tight or sore hips, achy or painful knees, and stiff ankles as well as other challenges with the leg joints. This leads to difficulty with walking, fitness and sports, and more.This 4-week class series will help improve the function of the leg joints.In this class you will:• Learn fun, gentle, effective movement sequences to restore the flexibility and coordination in your hips, knees and ankles.• Re-discover the comfort and ease possible in walking.• Find new efficiency and power for fitness activities and sports.Each session will consist of movement exploration and practical application. Audio recordings provided for home practice.

A free one hour yoga class for anyone who is interested. No pre-registration is necessary and all equipment is provided. The class will introduce basic standing and sitting poses and include a guided relaxation. It will be taught by a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.
