Yoga can be used to help rest, restore and rejuvenate yourself. The poses done in this class help you learn about underlying tension and stress so that you can begin to let go. Many of the poses are done in a supportive manner (lying over a bolster to help open the chest for instance). At the end of class you should feel quiet, rested and recovered from the work week and ready for the weekend.
