Stroller Strides of Ann Arbor provides a 60 minute total body workout for moms of stroller-age children. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it is a great workout for moms of all fitness levels! We use exercise tubing, the environment, and the stroller for a fun and social exercise program. Children remain in their strollers, but are involved in the workout with songs and drills. This will be part of our BIWEEKLY summer session: 6/16, 6/30, 7/14, 7/28, 8/11, 8/25. We are meeting at the back playground at Gallup Park (over the bridge and all the way near the back parking lot.) Stay afterwards for playing and socializing with other moms and tots! If you are new to Stroller Strides your first class is FREE! Please arrive a few minutes early. Any stroller is acceptable, except for umbrella strollers. Please wear proper footwear (sneakers) and layer in comfortable clothing. Don't forget water and a towel /exercise mat for floor exercises.
