Join us for this intensive journey through the basics -- the end result is greater kitchen confidence and less reliance on recipes! Each class will feature a full arsenal of dishes utilizing the techniques learned -- we will work with the very best cuts of meat, seafood, and produce from local purveyors. Students will work in pairs and prepare everything on the evening's menu providing for a generous amount of practice.
