Closed on Huron

Don Snider was forced to close his Papa John's pizza franchise on Huron and Division when the building was sold out from under him in September. The gas station-turned-pizza shop and a few adjacent buildings are expected to be razed for, rumor has it, yet another student high-rise. "It was a month or two of negotiations. It wasn't a huge surprise, but it was a surprise," says Abe, Snider's manager. Snider also owns the Papa John's on Washtenaw.
