A rare peek at Allen's Creek
John Allen's namesake stream has been invisible since it was buried in the 1920s. But this summer's drought has left the Huron River so low the creek has reappeared, flowing gently over a gravel bar to join the river below Argo Dam. Seen July 29, 2012
